Generally, there are three types of people issues that every company frequently encounters:
- Teams Lacking Experience: Teams lacking experience fundamentally need to be nurtured. This is especially true if their innate attitude is good and their technical skills are strong. By providing the right guidance and opportunities to gain flying hours (experience), this team has the potential to grow rapidly.

- Teams Lacking in Attitude: Teams lacking in attitude, even if experienced and possessing high technical capabilities, can still be polished and steered toward a better direction through coaching. However, it must be remembered that changing and fixing someone's attitude is not easy, especially if the person themselves doesn't recognize the issue or isn't willing to change. If we, as company owners, do not want to spend time and energy changing people's attitudes, it would be better if individuals with poor attitudes are not hired in the first place, to prevent future problems.
So, which of these people issues are you currently / frequently dealing with? And what are you doing to overcome them?"
